Video Analysis Software

The “In Vitro Motility Assay Automated Analysis” (ivma3) software is developed and provided by Dr. Lennart Hilbert from the Lauzon group. The software analyses the in vitro sliding motion of actin filaments, and is designed specifically for fast automated analysis of large data sets, while providing access to an increased level of details. It consists of a set of MatLab programs, provided free of charge under an Open Source license. The latest software version, instructions, and tutorial videos can be found on GitHub:
